What is your standard cancellation policy?

Cancellations on airport transfers must be made 24 hours in advance. For weddings, along with any wait and return trips, cancellations need to be made 48 hours before the event.

What is the method of payment that Anthony Limousine accepts? 

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards. Checks are also accepted but must be submitted two weeks in advance of your trip.

When do I pay for the service?

Payments for weddings and proms are due two weeks prior to the event. For any other services,  we will accept payment on the day of the trip.

When will my credit card be charged?

A pre-authorization is done when the reservation is made. The card will be charged on the day of the trip.

Can I visit Anthony Limousine’s office in person to see vehicles and make a reservation?

Absolutely, our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. We advise that you call ahead in order to ensure any vehicles that you may be interested in are not out on another run at the time.

Can I obtain a receipt for my charges?

Certainly, a receipt is generated the day of the charge and will be e-mailed to you.

How do I make a reservation?

In order to make a reservation, you can either call our office or submit your reservation online. For any trip requested 24 hours or less, please be sure to call the office.

How far in advance should I make my reservation? 

It is recommended that Sedans and SUVs are booked a few days in advance. For stretch limos, we recommend reserving a few weeks in advance.

What comes in a limousine or luxury bus in the way of drinks, food, etc.?

We provide you with complementary bottled water, soda, and ice along with clean cups and napkins.  You are welcome to bring any additional drinks and snacks as you wish.

Can we bring coolers on any of Anthony Limo’s vehicles? 

Sure, however, no kegs or party balls are permitted.

What is a cleaning deposit and is this deposit refundable?

In the unlikely event that someone becomes sick or destructive, a $350.00 dirt damage fee will be charged to your credit card. 

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. Anthony Limousine is a smoke free fleet.

What are your procedures on waiting time and how much is the waiting time charge? 

All airports transfers are given a one hour grace period. After that, a $25.00 per  1/2 hour plus driver gratuity and additional parking fees may be charged.  

I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?

Yes, both car and booster seats are available upon request at no additional charge. However, we encourage you to bring your own seats and we will safely secure them at our office until your return trip is scheduled to arrive.

Can I request a particular driver? 

Yes, every effort will be made to schedule the requested chauffeur accordingly.

Is the information I provide using your online booking tool secure? 

Yes. All transactions with Anthony Limousine take place on a secure server using SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal and payment details are protected.
